The Government has announced new measures to boost skills, growth and prosperity in the new economy by supporting apprenticeships and adult training whilst also helping small businesses address the management skills challenge. The aim is to help 2,000 businesses in the first year with an ambition to train 10,000 people per year by 2025. By creating networks, SMEs will be able to learn from each other whilst also tapping into the expertise of leading companies including Amazon, KPMG and Siemens.
